Privacy Policy

1. Information we process
AwardMesh processes account profile data, subscription metadata, workflow inputs, lead records, and opportunity intelligence artifacts required to operate the product. This can include contact names, business emails, company details, and user-entered notes.
2. How we use data
Data is used to authenticate users, deliver decision-ready opportunity scoring, run messaging workflows, improve product reliability, and support billing operations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Infrastructure and subprocessors
Core infrastructure relies on Supabase for data storage and auth, Paddle for billing, Resend for email operations, and model providers for AI processing. Each provider processes only the data needed for its role.
4. Retention and security
We retain operational records while your account is active and as required for compliance, dispute handling, and abuse prevention. Reasonable administrative and technical controls are applied to protect account data.
5. Your controls
You can request access, correction, or deletion of account-linked data where legally permitted. Billing data managed by Paddle is controlled through Paddle-managed account records and applicable regulations.
6. Policy updates
We may update this policy when product capabilities, legal requirements, or provider relationships change. Material updates will be reflected by revising the effective date.
