Terms of Service

1. Service scope

AwardMesh is an AI contract intelligence and decision-support platform. It provides opportunity ingestion, qualification insights, and workflow automation support for internal business decisions. The service does not provide legal, accounting, or procurement compliance advice.

AwardMesh is operated by Nizam.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activity performed through your organization account. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and to avoid uploading sensitive data you are not authorized to process.

3. Billing and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle. Pricing, taxes, renewal terms, and invoice handling are managed through Paddle checkout and customer portal flows. Trial and subscription state in the product is synchronized from billing provider events.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, abuse third-party systems, or attempt to reverse engineer platform security controls. We may suspend access when usage threatens platform stability or safety.

5. Data and availability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain availability and data integrity, but no service is uninterrupted. You retain ownership of your submitted data. We may process data through approved subprocessors required for platform delivery.

6. Warranty and liability limits

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the three months preceding a claim.
