Refund Policy

Effective date: April 3, 2026

1. Trial and paid conversion

AwardMesh may offer trial access or discounted pilot pricing. Once a paid billing cycle begins, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

2. Renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel from the in-app billing flow that opens Paddle customer portal.

3. Exceptional refund review

We may review refund requests case by case for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or clear service delivery failure. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle.

4. Charge disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support promptly at support@awardmesh.combefore initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly.
