We handle product, account, and billing requests at support@awardmesh.com.
1. Billing and subscriptions
For cancellations, invoice copies, charge clarification, or renewal questions, email support@awardmesh.com. Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, and approved adjustments are returned through the original payment method.
2. Product support
Contact us for onboarding setup, opportunity feed questions, workflow troubleshooting, and account access help. Include your workspace name and issue details so we can respond quickly.
3. Legal and privacy requests
Privacy and legal questions can be sent to support@awardmesh.com. For policy terms, review theTerms of Service,Privacy Policy, andRefund Policy.
4. Response window
We aim to respond to support and billing messages within 1 business day. Priority account-impacting billing issues are reviewed first.
